Operator/Receipt/Playing Logs

Operator Log records the operators' names and operation time during login and logout.

Receipt Log contains all the receipts that have been sent to the printer.

Playing Log is similar to the Detail Charges function from the Timer Window. It is, however, saved as a comma delimited text file that can be easily imported into other programs.  An operator can also access this log from the Table Layout Window.

History/Comparison Report

The PHM History Viewer gives you a graphical representation of your Pool, Pro Shop and Deli/Bar sales for the particular month you specified.  For other information such as added charges, credit, discount, tax and tip, use the Show Data in Numbers feature under the Data menu title.

The PHM Comparison Viewer is similar to PHM History Viewer.   However, it allows you to define and select your own categories or items to produce a graphical representation of your sales.

You can also copy the graphic data or export the data as a comma delimited text file that can be easily imported into a spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel. Under the Style menu title, you can change the style of the graphics (e.g. 2D or 3D, Line or Bar).
