Method
The Advanced Rate Setup method allows you to vary the rates according to the
number of players for a table.
Rate Adjustment
If you have different types of tables (7', 8', 9' or Snooker tables), you can apply
percentage rate adjustments for those tables. For example, if you specify 50% for Table 1,
any rate you specified in the Simple Rate Setup or Advanced Rate Setup will
be cut in half.
